Fully rounded Hatha class with posture work designed to strengthen and stretch the body and breathing practices meditation and relaxation techniques aimed at calming the mind. Work at your own pace, with modifications offered and the use of props encouraged (including the use of a chair if you prefer). Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced students.
All classes are aimed at making yoga safe, accessible and fun, regardless of your level of fitness, mobility, size or shape.
